from sideburns down to the neck, remove whatever hair there bothers you. remember that some people pick and choose what areas they like being waxed or left untouched. we'll ask you at the beginning of your service if you want everything or specific areas in this combo. nostril waxing is not included as it requires extra setting time. if this is your first time waxing your visage, be wary that waxing can cause break outs on certain hair or skin types. **reminder not to undertake any facial waxing if you are using oral or topical retinoids, found in acne or anti-ageing products**
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are a teeny, tiny business and without advanced notice we cannot fill your appointment spot. Especially for appointments during busy periods (morning time (9am-12pm), evenings (5pm onwards), weekends, and holidays), we typically have a waitlist and can easily fill your spot if we are allowed enough time to do so. Therefore, you are responsible for 100% of your service total if you do not contact us in advance. This sadly includes cancelling for being under the weather or issues with childcare. We are truly a small business, we hope you understand that if you fail to notify us in advance, you directly impact our ability to make an income or inhibit other local babes to take your service slot.
